MORNING GLORY ORCHARD

U—Pick

The u-pick season at Morning Glory is August until we close or crop runs low. In August we have Ozark Gold and beginning about the last week of Aug we have Red & Golden Delicious. Families as well as individuals are welcome to pick your own apples. We have two picking programs. Program one is for those who want to pick a large number of apples for cooking. In this program you and up to four other family members get to pick a half bushel of apples for a fee of $25.00 which includes the apples. Program two is for those who just want the experience of walking the orchard and having the kids pick a couple of apples and having a walking, self guided tour. The fee for this program is $5.00 per per person and each person gets a small bag to pick apples.

Hours for u-picking are as follows:

Aug - 9 AM - 3 PM Thursday, Friday and Saturday

Sept. & Oct. 2-4 PM Tueday - Friday and 9 AM - 4 PM on Saturday

NOTE: Please call before you come to make sure the orchard is open for picking. We are closed when the weather is bad and when the crop is low.
