Senior Tours Senior Tours are a great outing for Red Hat clubs, senior groups, retirement centers and senior Sunday school classes. Tours include a light walk and an indoor segment similar to the school tour. Senior tours are scheduled from June through August and afternoons during September and October. Early November tours are scheduled weather permitting. |
The orchard floor is grass and generally level but is still rough compared to a smooth floor surface. Wheel chairs can and do navigate the floor with little difficulty when dry but it would be difficult during wet weather. Seniors get a goodie bag of three apples or three peaches depending on which fruit is available. Cost is $6 per participant. |
